Konwersja ADR na akcje

Szanowni Forumowicze,

dostałem informację od Interactive Brokers o możliwości konwersji ADR na rzeczywiste akcje. Zastanawiam się jaki to ma sens.
Ratio wymiany jest 1:1 - jak to jest liczone? ADR BTI jest po około 37$ a akcje BATS po 2760 funtów. jak jest mało ADR to po przeliczeniu nie starczy nawet na jedną akcję? Bo wymiana sztuka za sztukę nie miałaby sensu. Ktoś miał z tym doświadczenie i mógł mi trochę rozjaśnić sens takiego działania?
